From Disturbance to Crisis: Non-linear Nature of Threats and Security Logistics in the Mazovian Voivodeship
Abstract
The contemporary security environment is shaped by dynamic and multidimensional global processes that increase interdependence between states and regions. Consequently, the impact of threats extends beyond their point of origin, taking a dispersed and multi-level form. In this context, the capacity of systems to absorb destabilising impulses and sustain the continuity of critical functions becomes a central concern. In this context, security logistics plays a pivotal role in integrating the flows of resources, services, and information. Mazovia, as a region with a high concentration of administrative and infrastructural functions,
provides a pertinent example of how both systemic capacities and tensions can accumulate. The analysis underscores the importance of strengthening operational resilience and enhancing coordination mechanisms under conditions of uncertainty.
