Participation of the 11th Legion Uhlan Regiment from Ciechanów in the Coup D’Etat in 1926
Abstract
The subject of the article is the participation of the 11th Legion Uhlan Regiment from Ciechanów in the military coup in May 1926. Based on archival materials stored at the Józef Piłsudski Institute of America, the author attempts to correct many erroneous pieces of information introduced into historiography by Ryszard Juszkiewicz and other researchers.
